To put it bluntly, I love to workout. It's a part of my everyday routine, wake up, brush teeth, workout. It's my quiet time before the rest of the house wakes up. I used to run on the regular, ran many races and even a marathon. But now that my time is limited (and I don't like running alone in the dark early morning) I'm hooked to workout DVDs! Feel free to share any recommendations for workout DVDs/routines/plans.
